摘要
随着创新创业教育深入,其重点内容从氛围营造转向精准实施。教师,具有较明确的职业预期和较高的专业性人力资本要求。高校师范生多带着基本职业认知入学,通过专业学习,专用性人力资本提升,职业预期与职业能力强化,选择创业的可能性下降。师范生的职业能力、职业预期与其创业意愿显著负相关,而在职业能力维度中,基本能力、教学能力与创业意愿的关系显著为负。高校应将创新创业活动与师范生职业规划有机融合,引领师范生树立具有创新创业意识的职业价值观,建立富有时代特色的师范教育实践体系。
With the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education,its focus has gradually shifted from the atmosphere formation to the precise implementation.As one of the traditional specialized professional,teaching profession requires clear career expectation and higher professional human capital.On the enrollment,most students of Normal Universities have basic career cognition.Through professional study,their professional human capital can be improved and the professional expectation and competence enhanced,which leads to the declining motivation of entrepreneurship.Based on a questionnaire survey among student teachers in normal universities in Guangzhou where students have a higher level of innovation and entrepreneurship.The result of logistic regression shows that:student teachers’occupational competence,occupational expectations were significantly negatively correlated with entrepreneurial motivation;and in regards to occupational competence,basic competence,teaching competence and entrepreneurial motivation also shows negative correlation significantly.Therefore,it is necessary that innovative and entrepreneurial activities be integrated into students’career planning to help them form new occupational values,thus set up a practical system of teacher education with the characteristics of new era.
