摘要 目前国内星载供配电系统中,通常采用印制线路板技术实现对供配电母线电流的采集与输出,该技术虽然应用广泛,但在当今小型化趋势的推动下,显然已经不能满足星载供配电系统对小型化、轻量化的需求。针对上述问题,设计了一种基于厚膜混合电路工艺的电流采集电路。该工艺技术与印制线路板技术相比,电路版图面积不足后者的十分之一,且采集精度可以通过厚膜激光调阻技术大幅度提高。目前,该厚膜电路已成功应用于多个型号的星载固态功率控制器的设计中。 At present,in the domestic space-based power supply and distribution system,the printed circuit board technology is usually used to realize the collection and output of the current for the power supply and distribution bus.Although the technology is widely used,but driven by the trend of miniaturization today,it is obviously unable to meet the demand for miniaturization and weight reduction of spaceborne power supply and distribution system.The technology is apparently unable to meet the needs of the current small-scale trend promotion containing power distribution system for miniaturization,lightweight demand.In view of the above problems,this paper designs a current-acquisition circuit based on thick-film hybrid circuit process.The process technology compared with printed circuit board technology,the circuit layout area less than one-tenth of the latter,and the acquisition accuracy can be greatly enhanced by thick-film laser trimming technology.Currently,the thick-film circuit has been successfully used in the design of many types of spaceborne solid-state power controllers.
