面向县域经济发展的技术转移服务模式研究——以湖南省科技信息研究所为例

Research on Technology Transfer Service Mode for County Economic Development:Taking Hunan Provincial Institute of Science and Technology Information as an Example

已有研究表明技术转移对区域经济发展有着正向促进作用,如何针对县域经济开展技术转移服务成为摆在我们面前的重要课题之一。从县域经济发展对技术转移的需求,以及科技信息研究机构在县域技术转移中所起的作用这两个方面加以论证,说明科技信息研究机构能够为县域技术转移提供所需的服务。结合湖南省科技信息研究所多年开展技术转移的经验,形成了一套面向县域经济发展的技术转移服务模式。将这套模式在湖南省科技成果转化示范县加以应用,取得了一定成效,证明了这套方法的有效性。希望面向县域经济发展的技术转移服务模式研究能够为建立县域技术转移服务体系提供借鉴。

Studies have shown that technology transfer has a positive effect on regional economic development.How to carry out technology transfer services in county economies has become one of the important issues.From the two aspects of the demand for technology transfer in county economic development and the role of science and technology information research institutions in county technology transfer,it is demonstrated that scientific and technological information research institutions can provide the required services in county technology transfer.Then combined with the experience of technology transfer in Hunan Provincial Institute of Science and Technology Information for many years,a set of technology transfer service mode for county economic development was formed.Finally,this mode was applied in scientific and technological achievements transformation in Hunan Province,and achieved certain results,which proved the effectiveness of this method.It is hoped that the research on technology transfer service model for county economic development can provide reference for the establishment of county technology transfer service system.
