基于党性和职业性的高校党员干部形象塑造研究

Study on Image-Building of the Party Members and Cadres in Colleges and Universities Based on Party Spirit and Professionalism

党员干部是高校教职工中的先进分子和骨干力量,肩负着共产党员和教育工作者的双重使命,在高校的各项工作中发挥着非常重要的作用。从党性和职业性的视角,在内在形象与外显形象有机统一的基础上,对新时期高校党员干部形象的具体内涵进行提炼,并就形象塑造的基本路径提出解决思路。

Party members and cadres,the advanced elements and backbone of the staff and workers in colleges and universities,shoulder the dual mission of the Communist Party members and educators,and play a very important role in the work of talent cultivation in colleges and universities.On the basis of the organic unity of internal image and explicit image,this paper refines the concrete connotation of the image of Party members and cadres in colleges and universities in the new era from the perspective of Party spirit and professionalism,and puts forward solutions to the basic path of image-building.
