摘要
为找到干扰偏导射流伺服阀正常工作的因素,对偏导阀前置级射流喷嘴到偏导板V形槽之间的流场进行分析.利用动量定理,建立前置级V形槽斜面受冲击时的受力模型并确定前置级液动力随偏导板位移变化的关系式.针对偏导阀前置级液动力的测量难题,设计一套高精度的前置级液动力测试平台.基于该测试平台,采用特定的液动力测试方法,最终可达到对前置级液动力进行间接测量的目的.结果表明:前置级液动力的测试值与计算值一致,即V形槽斜面受冲击时的液动力随偏导板位移的增加而逐渐增大,证明了计算方法与测试实验台的可行性.为该类伺服阀的结构设计和参数优化提供参考.
In order to find out the factors that interfere with the normal operation of the deflector jet servo valve,the flow field between the jet nozzle of the pre-stage deflector jet servo valve and the V-groove of deflector plate is analyzed.Based on the momentum theorem,the mechanical model of pre-stage V-groove bevel under impact is established,and the relation between the prestage flow force and the displacement of the deflector plate is determined.To overcome the difficulty of the measurement of the pre-stage deflector jet servo valve flow force,a high-precision pre-stage flow force test bed is designed.Based on this test bed,a specific flow force test method is adopted.Finally,indirect measurement on the pre-stage deflector jet servo valve flow force can be achieved.The results show that the test values of the pre-stage flow force consist with the calculated values.The flow force of V-groove under incline impact increases with the increase of the displacement of deflector plate,which proves the feasibility of the calculation method and the test bed.This will provide references for the structure design and parameter optimization of this kind of servo valve.
