摘要
通过建立补气过程的刚性容器绝热理论模型,对采用压缩机中间补气技术的低环境温度空气源热泵机组的基础能效进行了计算分析.同时,对采用压缩机中间补气技术的低环境温度空气源热泵在内蒙古严寒地区供暖中的实际应用情况进行了描述和分析,并对不同热源在节能、环保和经济效益等方面的特点进行了对比.结果表明:采用压缩机中间补气技术,可以有效解决低温条件下空气源热泵排气温度升高、制热量减少和能效比降低的问题,其可以应用于类似内蒙古严寒地区的冬季供暖.
This paper analyzes the basic energy efficiency of the internal vapor injection Air Source Heat Pump(ASHP)through establishing theoretical model of heat insulation rigid containers in the vapor injection process.Furthermore,this paper analyzes the actual application of low ambient temperature ASHP with internal vapor injection on the heating of servere cold area at Inner Mongolia and compares the characteristics of different heat sources in environmental protection,energy saving and cost effectiveness.The results show that the application of the internal vapor injection technique in the low ambient temperature ASHP can solve the problems as mentioned above,and it can be applied in the heating of servere cold area at Inner Mongolia.
