临床护士评判性思维态度倾向性现状与相关因素分析

Analyze the status quo and related factors of clinical nurses' critical thinking attitudes

目的分析临床护士评判性思维态度倾向性现状及相关影响因素,为提高护士评判性思维态度倾向性提供参考依据。方法 2018年3—5月,采用中文版加利福利亚评判性思维态度倾向问卷(CTDI-CV)和一般资料问卷对本院100名临床护士进行调查。结果临床护士CT-DI-CV总分为216～379分,平均(285. 69±33. 47)分;不同年龄、受教育程度、职称、护龄护士CTDI-CV总分比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,受教育程度、护龄以及职称为影响临床护士评判性思维态度倾向性的独立危险因素(P <0. 05)。结论临床护士评判性思维态度倾向性整体水平处于正性表现,但还需要进一步提升;受教育程度、护龄以及职称为影响临床护士评判性思维态度倾向性的主要危险因素。

Objective To analyze the status quo and related influencing factors of clinical nurses'critical thinking attitudes,thus providing reference for improving nurses'critical thinking attitude.Methods From March 2018 to May 2018,a total of 100 clinical nurses were investigated by crirical thinking disposition inventory-Chinese version(CTDI-CV) and general data questionnaire.Results The total score of CTDI-CV in clinical nurses was 216~379,with an average score of (285.69±33.47) points.The difference of CTDI-CV total scores of nurses with different ages,education level,professional titles and nursing age was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the education level,nursing age and professional title were independent risk factors that influenced the tendency of clinical nurses'critical thinking attitude(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall level of clinical nurses'critical attitudes is positive,but it needs to be further improved.The education level,nursing age and professional titles are the main risk factors that influence the critical thinking attitude of clinical nurses.
