摘要
目的探讨延续性自我管理教育对冠心病介入治疗患者生活质量、心理状态评分的影响效果。方法选取2016年6月至2017年6月我科接受介入治疗冠心病患者100例,随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组接受常规住院护理和出院后随访,观察组在对照组基础上应用延续性自我管理教育护理,比较出院3个月后两组患者的生活质量和心理状态评分情况。结果观察组患者生活质量评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组患者心理状态情况评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论采用延续性自我管理教育对介入治疗冠心病患者进行指导,明显提高患者的生活质量,避免患者出院后焦虑抑郁的发生,使其能更佳适应心脏疾患伴随的生活状态,值得在临床护理工作中推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of continuous self-management education on the quality of life and mental state scores of patients with interventional therapy for coronary heart disease.Methods From June 2016 to June 2017,a total of 100 patients with interventional therapy for coronary heart disease were randomly divided into control group and observation group with the same number of patients.The control group was given routine hospitalization nursing and post-discharge follow-ups.Except for the treatment of control group,the observation group was given continuous self-management education nursing.After discharge for 3 months,the quality of life and mental state scores of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The quality of life score in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The mental state score in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying continuous self-management education to guide the interventional treatment of patients with coronary heart disease can improve the quality of life of patients significantly.In addition,it can avoid the occurrence of anxiety and depression after discharge,thus making the patients to adapt to the living conditions accompanying heart disease better,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
