造口护肤粉联合3M液体敷料在失禁性皮炎患者中的应用

Application of ostomy skin care powder combined with 3M liquid dressing in patients with incontinence-associated dermatitis

目的探讨造口护肤粉和3M液体敷料在失禁性皮炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院自2016年11月至2018年3月收治的因大小便失禁引起失禁性皮炎的老年患者108例为研究对象,随机将其等分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者按照常规护理方法进行处理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用造口护肤粉联合3M液体敷料进行处理,分析两组疗效、皮损处疼痛缓解时间、皮损愈合时间、会阴部皮肤评分、复发情况、患者舒适度。结果观察组患者疗效及舒适度比较观察组明显高于对照组(P <0. 05);皮损处疼痛缓解时间、皮损愈合时间、会阴部皮肤评分、复发率比较观察组明显低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论在失禁性皮炎患者临床治疗中,应用造口护肤粉和3M液体敷料,既可有效提高疗效、缓解患者皮损处疼痛程度,又可缩短皮损愈合时间、降低复发概率,提高患者舒适度,临床应用价值较高,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of ostomy skin care powder combined with 3M liquid dressing in patients with incontinence-associated dermatitis.Methods To select 108 cases of elderly patients with incontinence-associated dermatitis who were admitted in our hospital from November 2016 to March 2018 as study subjects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group with the same number of patients.Patients in the control group were treated according to the routine nursing method.Patients in the observation group was treated with ostomy skin care powder and 3M liquid dressing on the basis of the control group.The effects,the pain relief time at the skin lesion,the healing time of the skin lesion,the perineal skin rating score,recurrence,and patient comfort of the two groups were analyzed.Results The efficacy and comfort in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05).The pain relief time at the skin lesion,the healing time of the skin lesion,the perineal skin rating score,and recurrence rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with incontinence-associated dermatitis,the application of ostomy skin care powder and 3M liquid dressing can not only improve the curative effect effectively,and relieve the pain level of the patient's skin lesions,but also shorten the healing time of the skin lesions and reduce the probability of recurrence.In addition,it can improve the comfort degree of patients.As a result,it has high clinical application value,which is worth promoting.
