摘要
水电工程建设一般要求干地施工,围堰合龙之后,要进行基坑排水。由于前期地质勘察资料不充分,导致施工期基坑排水量增加,超出承包人承受范围而发生费用索赔。通过案例研究分析,提出施工阶段基坑排水费用索赔问题的解决方法,即加强招投标阶段固定总价承包项目管理和施工阶段排水量计量签证管理,并做好排水和计量设备维护,确保计量资料充分、准确。
Dry land condition is generally required for the construction of hydropower projects.After the closure of the cofferdams,the foundation pit should be drained.However,due to inadequate geological survey in the early stage,the drainage work of the foundation pit during the construction period would increase,which usually leads to cost claims.Based on the study of a practical case,the solutions for such cost claim issue due to foundation pit drainage are discussed.In the bidding stage,the management of the firm lump-sum contracting projects should be emphasized.In the construction stage,the management of the drainage work measurement and confirmation should be emphasized.Also,the drainage and metering equipment should be well maintained to ensure the accuracy and adequacy of the measurement data.
