基于红外成像技术的SF_6气体泄漏分级检测策略研究 被引量:5

摘要 SF_6气体在现代电力工业中常用的绝缘气体,广泛应用在GIS开关设备中。SF_6气体虽然无色无味无毒,但在运行中开断电流的作用将产生硫化氢、氟化氢等剧毒气体,为了防止气体泄漏造成严重安全事故,需要对SF_6气体的泄漏进行严格控制。通过研究探索,提炼出一套基于红外成像技术对SF_6气体泄漏点四级排查定位处理的策略体系,能快速检测定位到气室泄漏点,保障了设备安全稳定运行。同时还提出了进一步提高检漏定位效率和红外成像泄漏检测领域深层次探索的问题。 Sulfur hexafluoride(SF 6)is a commonly used insulation gas in the modern power industry and is widely adopted in GIS switchgears.Although the sulfur hexafluoride gas is colorless,odorless and non-toxic,it will produce highly toxic gases such as hydrogen sulfide and hydrogen fluoride due to the effect of the switching current during operation.Thus,the leakage of SF 6 should be strictly controlled to prevent the occurrence of serious safety accidents.A graded SF 6 leakage detection strategy system is proposed based on infrared imaging technology,which can quickly locate the leakage point of the gas chamber and ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment.In addition,the measures to improve the leakage location efficiency and the application of the infrared imaging technology in leakage detection are discussed.
