摘要
城市轨道交通乘务员配置目前大都采用经验法,缺乏对于乘务员职责及不同分工的精细化思考。针对此问题,细致考虑不同工种乘务员的职责和特点,提出城市轨道交通乘务员精细化配置方法。该方法将乘务员分为正线乘务员、备用乘务员和应急乘务员3类,分析了各类乘务员具体担任的角色和起到的作用,以及需要的配置因素。在此基础上构建各类乘务员配置的具体约束,并给出乘务员优化配置的具体计算方法。最后,以某地铁线路数据为例,通过案例分析了该配置方法的特点。
Most attendants’ allocations of urban transit adopt the practical experience method, being lack of meticulous thinking about crew duties and different division of work. In view of this problem, and considering the duties and characteristics of different posts of crew members, this paper puts forward a fi ne allocation method for urban transit crew attendants. This method divides the attendants into three categories: the main line attendants, the substitute attendants and the emergency attendants, analyzes the specific roles played by the crew members, and the confi guration factors needed. On this basis, the specifi c constraints of various crew configurations are constructed, and the specific calculation method for the optimal allocation of crew members is given. In the final part, it takes an underground line data as an example, analyzes the characteristics of the configuration method through a case study.
