摘要
高原鼠兔挖掘活动对土壤种子库、植被群落及两者关联性等方面具有重要的影响。本文主要开展了不同类型鼠丘种子库的种子格局及鼠丘种子库与相应地上植被的相似性特征的研究。研究发现,鼠丘种子库物种数和种子密度都随着鼠丘时间的延长而增多;各类型鼠丘种子库的香农-威纳多样性指数均低于相应鼠丘植被,且鼠丘种子库的香农-威纳多样性指数均随丘龄的增加而增大;随着演替阶段的推进,经过3次以上越冬的D型鼠丘种子库与相应鼠丘植被的物种相似性为76%,而与对照区土壤种子库的相似性则达到了97%。
The excavation by Ochotona curzoniae has a significant impact on soil seed bank, vegetation community and their correlation. In this study, the pattern of seeds in different molehills seed banks and the similarities between molehills seed banks and relevant aboveground vegetation were analyzed. The results indicated that the number of species in molehill seed banks and the density of seeds would increase with the extension of molehills time. The Shannon-Wiener indexes of different molehill seed banks were lower than those of the relevant molehill vegetation, while the indexes would increase with the age of molehills. With the advance of succession, the similarity of species in D molehills seed banks which had overwintered for more than three times and the relevant molehills vegetation was 76%, while the similarity of species in former and the soil seed banks in the control area was 97%.
