摘要
公立医院是医务人才集中的机构,公立医院的人力资源管理工作的好坏直接影响医院的自身发展和服务社会的能力。目前,我国进入移动互联网时代,面对新的社会环境,医院人力资源管理形式和内容必须做出相应的改革,公立医院如何把"互联网+"与人力资源管理跨界融合以提高医院人力资源管理效率与效益,是目前公立医院"互联网+"人力资源管理研究的新视角。
Public hospitals are institutions with concentrated medical talents.The quality of human resource management in public hospitals has a direct impact on their own development and the ability to serve the community.At present,China has entered the era of mobile Internet.In the face of the new social environment,the form and content of hospital human resource management must be made corresponding reform.How to cross the boundary between Internet+ and human resource management in public hospitals to improve the efficiency and efficiency of human resources management in hospitals is the new perspective of research on“internet+”human resource management of public hospitals at present.
