The student association has become an important position for colleges to carry out ideological and political education.It is an effective supplement to classroom teaching and an important platform for self-education,self-management,self-growth and self-service.In recent years,the rapid development of college student associations,the number of students,the variety,and many real-life management dilemmas.By establishing a common vision,strengthening team learning,changing mental models,forming systematic thinking,and achieving self-transcendence,the theory of learning organization is embedded into the management of the community,improving the management level of the community,enhancing the vitality of the community,and realizing the function of community education.
