新时代大学生社会责任感养成机制研究——基于社会责任学分视角

A Study on the Formation Mechanism of College Students' Social Responsibility in the New Era Based on the Perspective of Social Responsibility Credit

新时代吹响了实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的号角,当代大学生是实现中国梦的生力军,决定着未来中国社会的发展方向。新时代对高等教育的发展提出了新的要求,要以培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人为着眼点进行教育改革创新,着力提升大学生的社会责任感。针对当前大学生社会责任感的现状,安徽省高校通过设立大学生社会责任学分,以可测量、易操作、规范化的学分认定方式,实现了学分制与大学生社会责任感养成的结合。基于社会责任学分高校可以通过建立三方联动机制,创新责任教育理念方法,健全监督评价机制,树立履行责任先进典型,完善育人保障机制,营造浓厚校园责任氛围等育人机制,促进大学生社会责任感的养成。

The new era has sounded the clarion horn of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Contemporary college students are the new force to realize the Chinese dream and determine the development direction of the future Chinese society.In view of the current situation of college students’of social responsibility,colleges in Anhui Province have realized the combination of the credit system and the cultivation of college students’sense of social responsibility through the establishment of college students' responsibility credits,which are measurable,easy to operate and standardized.Through establishing the tripartite linkage mechanism,innovating the concept and method of responsibility education,perfecting the supervision and evaluation mechanism,setting up the advanced model of fulfilling responsibility,perfecting the educational guarantee mechanism,and creating a strong campus responsibility atmosphere,the educational mechanism can promote the cultivation of college students' sense of social responsibility.
