摘要
职业素养和企业文化知识对学生就业后快速适应岗位要求起着关键作用。从课程目标、课程内容、教学模式、教学方法和教学评价5个方面进行探索,对接就业岗位引入职业素质课程,构建软件工厂模式,采用头脑风暴、讨论答疑、作业任务等多种教学方式,借鉴企业绩效考核评价,把学生岗前培训放入教学环节,设计出融入职业素养、对接企业环境的精品课程,大大缩短了学生就业和企业上岗之间的时间,提升了学生就业率。
Professional literacy and corporate culture play a key role in students'adaptability in employment.This paper explores the five aspects of course objectives,course content,teaching mode,teaching methods and teaching evaluation,introduces professional quality courses with focus on posts.A software factory model is built with various teaching methods such as brainstorming,discussion,answering tasks,and assignment tasks,drawing on corporate performance appraisal and evaluation,which combines pre-job training into the teaching process.Thus a quality curriculum that integrates professionalism and docking the corporate environment is designed,which greatly shortens the time between student and corporates and improves the employment rate.
