关注中国城市社区系统治理的实现机制,目的是探究如何才能将各行动者的行动由消极转向积极,其中关键是探讨如何通过改变政府的行动来影响其他主体的行动,进而改善社区治理格局,寻找开启社区居民参与社区自治、社会各方面参与社会治理的钥匙。

Focusing on the implementation mechanism of urban community system governance in China is to explore how to change the actions of various actors from negative to positive,the key is to explore how to influence the actions of other subjects by changing the actions of the government,further improve the pattern of community governance,and to find the key to open up community residents’ participation in community autonomy and social governance in all aspects.
