对提高浙江省防洪能力的思考

Studies on enhancing capability of flood management in Zhejiang Province

按照中央关于"针对关键领域和薄弱环节,推动建设若干重点工程"的要求,浙江省坚持"系统治理",针对水利领域防洪、排涝、御潮三大薄弱环节,以流域防洪治理为重点,结合平原治涝与沿海御潮工作,综合采取"六种措施",推进"六大工程"建设,提高"六项能力",打造省域空间蓝色防洪减灾网,全面提升浙江省防御自然灾害能力。

Concerning three major problems of flood,waterlogging and high tide,a strategy for systematic governance and key water project construction has been formulated in Zhejiang Province,which focuses on flood control and combines with drainage in plains and protection of high tides.It aims to form a spatial flood control and disaster reduction network,so as to enhance the capability of natural disaster prevention and defense.
