上海区域除涝存在的问题与对策探讨

Problems and countermeasures of regional water logging control in Shanghai

摘要 在对上海区域除涝现状进行评估的基础上,分析了上海区域除涝在全球气候变化、城市化进程和城市发展等方面面临的挑战与趋势,针对除涝存在的主要问题,提出了"蓄、排、疏、滞、截、渗、管"等综合治理手段及对策措施,为区域除涝规划提供了借鉴和思路。 Based on analysis and evaluation on current situation of regional water logging control in Shanghai,the challenges and trends in face of global climate change,urbanization and city development were analyzed.The main problems of Shanghai water logging control were given,and the comprehensive measures and countermeasures were put forward.
