以现代化生态灌区建设推进宁夏农田水利改革的实践与探索

Promoting reform of irrigated agriculture in Ningxia with construction of modernized and ecological-friendly irrigation districts

通过对宁夏近年农田水利改革推进情况的总结回顾,分析工作中遇到的困难和问题,结合新时期治水思路和宁夏实际,总结近两年在利通区和贺兰县实施现代化生态灌区试点的推进情况,提出通过现代化生态灌区建设,统筹推进农田水利建设和农田水利改革,增强农田水利发展新动能的水利改革发展思路。

This paper reviews the progress of farmland and water conservancy reform in Ningxia in recent years.Combined with the thought of water control in the new period and the reality of Ningxia,the progress of carrying out the pilot project of modern ecological irrigation in Litong District and Helan County in the past two yearswas summarized.At last,this paper puts forward the idea of water conservancy reform and development,which is promoting the construction of water conservancy and the reform of water conservancy,and strengthening the new driving force of water conservancy developmentby construction ofmodernized and ecological-friendly irrigation districts.
