摘要
利用有限元软件ANSYS建立2150 mm万能轧机机架有限元模型,并对其进行模态分析,分别得出万能轧机主机架和立辊机架前15阶固有频率及振型图;通过振型图可直观分析出主机架与立辊机架的动态特性以及对实际生产影响最大的固有频率,为万能轧机的结构设计提供直接的理论依据。
The finite element model for the mill housing of the 2150 mm universal rolling mill was built by using the finite element software of ANSYS.The preceding 15-order natural frequency and diagram for modes of vibration on the main mill housing of the universal rolling mill and edger housing were obtained based on the modal analysis over the mill housing.The dynamic characteristics of these two mill housings and natural frequency which had greatest impact on the actual production could be directly analyzed by means of the diagram for modes of vibration,which provided the direct theoretical basis for the structural design of a universal rolling mill.
