摘要
介绍了气浮工艺的除油原理,利用5 m^3/h中试装置进行了在线热轧油泥除油试验,包括气浮试验、气浮加药试验和二次气浮试验。试验结果表明:在吸气量为1.5 L/min时,回流比15%、气液比12.5%、气体压力0.5 MPa的条件下,气浮除油效果最好;加药和二次气浮可以进一步提高除油率;在线气浮可以实现热轧油泥除油后含油率≤5%的回用标准。大生产应用可行性分析表明:中试试验参数可应用于生产实际且效果更好,投资回收期约为1.5年。
The oil removing principle on the air flotation process was introduced.The online oil removing experiments for oil sludge resulted in hot rolling by gas flotation were carried out with the 5 m^3/h pilot-scale test equipment,including the gas flotation test,medicament feeding test by gas flotation and testing by secondary gas flotation.The experimental results showed that when the inspiratory capacity was 1.5 L/min,the best result of oil removing by gas flotation was obtained while the reflux ratio was 15%,the gas-liquid ratio was 12.5%and the gas pressure was 0.5 MPa.While the oil removal rate could be improved further by the medicament feeding by gas flotation and secondary gas flotation.By using online air flotation process for oil removing,the oil content whose recycling standard value was equal to or less than 5%could be achieved after the oil sludge resulted in hot rolling sludge was deoiled.The feasibility of the gas flotation process applied in the large-scale industrial production based on analysis showed that the parameters obtained by pilot-scale tests could be used in production practice and could get better results.The period for recovery of investment on the oil removing was about one and half years.
