The troubles with the raw materials supplying system of the 360 m^2 sintering machine in No.2 Sintering Plant of General Ironmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.were introduced.By taking measures such as improving the process configuration of the system,building the Anqian pipeline transportation system for iron ore concentrates and the filtration system for sintering in production field,improving the dedusting and dust-conveying system and upgrading the automation system,the key troubles that influenced the quality of sintered ores prepared by No.2 Sintering Plant were shot.Thereby the sintered ores with much more stable quality and high grade were available for ironmaking in BF.
