摘要
对430不锈钢三种类型的表面异物缺陷进行了SEM与EDS分析,找出了产生缺陷的原因,并制定了相应的改进措施。实践证明,采用管控上料温度,制定穿带标准,周期清理辊系及酸洗槽等方法,能够有效改善430不锈钢板表面质量,缺陷率由20.92%降低至3%以下。
The three kinds of the defects of impurity pressed-in on the surface of the 430 stainless steel were analyzed by SEM and EDS.So the causes leading to the defects were found out and corresponding improvement countermeasures were formulated.The production practice demonstrated that the surface quality of the 430 stainless steel sheet could be improved effectively by taking such measures as controlling the slab temperature,working out the standard for sheet threading,and cleaning the rollers and pickling tank regularly.Finally the defect rate was dropped from 20.92%to less than 3%.
