Φ25 mm预应力混凝土用螺纹钢筋生产实践

摘要 为解决Φ25 mm预应力混凝土用螺纹钢筋在试制过程出现的横肋错牙和力学性能不符合标准等问题,通过分析,鞍钢股份有限公司大型厂提出了修改轧辊数控车削程序、优化调整办法及改进控轧控冷工艺等措施,实现了预应力混凝土用螺纹钢筋的顺利生产,使螺纹钢筋外形尺寸和力学性能均符合标准要求。 In order to solve such problems as the transverse rib with difference in height and unqualified mechanical properties of the Φ25 mm reinforced steel bar for prestressed concrete,some measures such as modifying the digital control program for machining mill rolls,optimizing the adjustment method and improving the thermo mechanical control process(TMCP)were taken by Heavy Section Mill of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.based on the analysis of the steel and thus the successful production of the reinforced steel bar for prestressed concrete was achieved.As a result the overall dimensions and mechanical properties of the steel can meet the requirements asked by standard.
