外周血IGF-Ⅰ、IGF-Ⅱ水平及组织ER表达情况及与子宫肌瘤的相关性研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察子宫肌瘤患者外周血IGF-Ⅰ、IGF-Ⅱ水平及组织ER表达情况,并分析其临床意义。方法选取2016年2月-2017年8月在我院接受子宫部分切除术的患者为研究对象,以子宫肌瘤患者为观察组,以病理诊断为正常子宫组织的患者为对照组。观察两组患者外周血IGF-Ⅰ、IGF-Ⅱ水平及组织ER表达。比较不同特征子宫肌瘤患者外周血IGF-Ⅰ、IGF-Ⅱ水平及ER表达的差异,分析影响子宫肌瘤患者外周血IGF-Ⅰ、IGF-Ⅱ水平及组织ER表达的因素。结果观察组患者外周血IGF-Ⅰ、IGF-Ⅱ水平、组织ER阳性表达率高于对照组;未绝经、肌瘤数目≥2个、肌瘤直径≥5cm的子宫肌瘤患者的外周血IGF-Ⅰ、IGF-Ⅱ水平、组织ER阳性表达率较高,不同年龄、生育史、合并高血压、糖尿病患者的外周血IGF-Ⅰ、IGF-Ⅱ水平、组织ER阳性表达率无差别;回归分析结果显示,是否绝经、肌瘤数目是影响子宫肌瘤患者的外周血IGF-Ⅰ、IGF-Ⅱ水平、组织ER阳性表达率的因素。结论子宫肌瘤患者外周血IGF-Ⅰ、IGF-Ⅱ水平和组织中ER阳性表达率较高,且与患者是否绝经和子宫肌瘤的大小、数目具有一定的相关性。 Objective To observe the levels of IGF-I and IGF-II in peripheral blood,expression of ER in tissue of patients with uterine fibroids,and to analyze its clinical significance.Methods The patients who underwent partial hysterectomy in our hospital from February 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the research objects.The patients with uterine fibroids were selected as the observation group,and the patients with normal uterine tissue diagnosed by pathology were the control group.The levels of IGF-I and IGF-II in peripheral blood,expression of ER in tissue of the two groups were detected and compared.Results The level of IGF-I,IGF-II and the positive expression of ER in tissue of the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The levels of IGF-Ⅰand IGF-Ⅱin peripheral blood of patients before menopause with uterine fibroids whose diameter≥5cm and the number of myoma≥2 were higher.The positive expression rate of ER was higher in patients with hysteromyoma with different age,birth history and hypertension.There were no different of the levels of IGF-Ⅰand IGF-Ⅱin peripheral blood and the positive expression rate of ER in peripheral blood of diabetic patients;Regression analysis showed that menopause or not,the number of myoma are the factors that affects the level of IGF-I,IGF-II and the positive expression rate of ER in peripheral blood of patients with uterine fibroids.Conclusion The level of IGF-I and IGF-II in peripheral blood,expression of ER in tissue of the patients with myoma of uterus are higher,and are influenced by the number of menopause and myoma.
