T Cell Subsets and Prognosis of Heart Failure Patients

摘要心力衰竭是各种心脏疾病的终末阶段,近年来越来越多的研究证实T细胞与心力衰竭患者的预后有关。现重点关注介导慢性炎症反应的T细胞及其亚群改变与心力衰竭患者预后的关系,并对相关的临床研究进展进行综述。 Heart failure is the final stage of various cardiac diseases.Recent years,there are increasing research concerning the role of T cell subsets on prognosis of heart failure patients.This review will focus on the relationship between T lymphocytes subsets mediating chronic inflammation and prognosis of heart failure and summarize its research progression.
