Comparative Study of Renal Denervation with Radiofrequency and Ultrasound Energy

肾交感神经消融术作为有前景的高血压非药物治疗方法备受关注。目前射频能源与超声能源是肾交感神经消融术治疗中较为常用的两种消融能量,但对这两种能源被应用于肾交感神经消融术中的有效性和安全性孰优孰劣仍存在争议。现研究分析射频或超声为能源的肾交感神经消融术,比较二者的疗效及安全性。

Renal denervation has attracted much attention as a promising non-pharmacological treatment for hypertension.At present,radiofrequency energy and ultrasound energy are two commonly used denervation energies in the treatment of renal denervation,but the validity and safety of these two types of energy applied to renal denervation are still controversial.The article analyzes the study of radiofrequency or ultrasound energy for renal denervation and compares the efficacy and safety of these methods.
