氧化应激与压力感受器敏感性在高血压治疗中的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 高血压的病程中发生压力感受器重调,主要表现为压力感受器敏感性逐渐降低,对血压动态调节功能减退。研究表明氧化应激对压力感受器敏感性有重要影响,通过局部或全身抗氧化治疗可以提高压力感受器敏感性,进而降低血压。现对高血压病程中氧化应激的产生、氧化应激对压力感受器敏感性的影响以及抗氧化治疗增强压力感受器敏感性的机制等进行综述,为难治性高血压的治疗提供新方向。 Baroreceptor resetting occurs during the course of hypertension,which characterized by baroreceptor sensitivity decreases and dysfunction in blood pressure regulation.Recent studies have found that oxidative stress has an important effect on baroreceptor sensitivity.Local and general antioxidant treatment have been demonstrated to upregulate the baroreceptor sensitivity and lower blood pressure.This article reviews the generation of oxidative stress,effects of oxidative stress on baroreceptor sensitivity,and the mechanism of antioxidant therapy in restoring the malfunction of baroreceptor in hypertension.
