摘要 左主干病变,尤其无保护左主干病变一旦发生闭塞将产生严重后果,其诊断主要依赖于冠状动脉造影。随着技术进步,多种无创成像模式可用于评估冠状动脉病变,如心肌灌注成像、冠状动脉CT血管造影和磁共振冠状动脉血管造影。这些无创成像方法可提供冠状动脉狭窄的解剖学和功能信息从而有助于临床诊疗,并减少有创检查给患者带来的痛苦。现讨论不同成像方法在识别左主干病变中的应用价值。 The left main coronary disease(LMCD),especially unprotected LMCD,will have serious consequences once it occurs.Its diagnosis mainly depends on coronary artery angiography.With the development of technology,many noninvasive imaging models can be used to evaluate coronary disease,such as myocardial perfusion imaging,coronary CT angiography and magnetic resonance coronary angiography.These noninvasive imaging methods provide anatomical and functional information about coronary artery stenosis,which can help clinical diagnosis and treatment and reduce the pain caused by invasive examinations.This paper will discuss the application value of different imaging methods in LMCD recognition.
