气压弹道式体外冲击波治疗糖尿病神经病变的疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨气压弹道式体外冲击波对糖尿病神经病变的应用及疗效。方法选取糖尿病神经痛患者60例,随机分为三组,A组采用神经内科常规方法治疗,B组采用气压弹道式体外冲击复合神经内科常规治疗,C组采用单纯气压弹道式体外冲击波治疗。比较三组患者治疗前后疼痛程度评分(PD),患区麻木与皮肤颜色改善情况。结果治疗后6、8、16周,与A组比较国,B、C组PD值明显减少(P<0.05);B、C两组间PD值无明显差异(P>0.05);A组麻木及皮肤颜色改善情况不明显,B、C两组在治疗后8周开始麻木及皮肤颜色均有一定程度改善。结论气压弹道式体外冲击波可能通过改善神经功能对糖尿病神经病变有较好疗效。
