慢性乙型肝炎患者睡眠质量调查及影响因素分析

Investigation of sleep quality in patients with chronic hepatitis B and analysis of it's influencing factors

目的了解慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者睡眠质量及影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法抽取南通市某三级甲等传染病医院2016年7月-2017年6月CHB患者276例,运用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表对CHB患者进行调查分析。结果 CHB患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数为(6.71±3.37)分,不同年龄、文化层次、医疗支付方式的CHB患者睡眠质量得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);匹兹堡睡眠质量与各维度呈中高度正相关(R=0.543、0.474、0.654、0.714、0.489、0.619、0.558,P<0.05)。结论慢性乙型肝炎患者睡眠质量较低,需进一步采取综合干预措施提高睡眠质量,提升生存质量。

Objective To investigate of sleep quality in patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB)and to analyze it's influencing factors.Methods The convenience sampling method was used to select 276 CHB patients from a third-class A infectious disease hospital in Nantong from July 2016 to June 2017.The Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scale was used to investigate and analyze the CHB patients.Results The score of PSQI of 276 CHB patients was 6.71±3.37.There were significant differences in the scores of sleep quality of CHB patients of different ages,cultural level and medical payment methods(P<0.05);Pearson correlation analysis showed that PSQI was positively correlated with various dimensions(R=0.543,0.474,0.654,0.714,0.489,0.619,0.558,P<0.05).Conclusions The sleep quality of patients with chronic hepatitis B was low.Comprehensive measures should be taken to improve the sleep quality and the quality of life.
