中国大陆钓鱼岛问题研究综述

A Review of the Issue of Diaoyu Island in Chinese Mainland

钓鱼岛及其附属岛屿是中国领土不可分割的一部分。近代以来,由于日本的贪欲和历史原因,钓鱼岛从一个没有争议的岛屿变成了一个有"问题"的岛屿。钓鱼岛问题由于与主权相涉,与地理相关,与法理相连,与国际关系相牵,因而对其研究可以从不同的视角展开。自20世纪70年代以来,随着钓鱼岛问题的凸显,中国大陆学术界从历史、地理、法理、国际关系等视角对钓鱼岛问题进行了不同程度的探究,对维护国家领土权益作了学术上的贡献。虽然近年来研究成果颇丰,但是仍存在一定的问题和挖掘空间,主要表现在,研究领域的不对称性、研究的情绪性倾向比较明显、研究史料上有待挖掘、研究缺乏整体宏观的视角,因而以后的研究应以宏观的视野加以看待,以战略的眼光进行审视。从纵的方面来看,以历史的长时段来了解其因果延承;从横的方面看,把其放在国际格局变动下国家间的利益博弈中把握其脉动。

The Diaoyu Island and its affiliated islands are an inseparable part of the Chinese territory.In modern times,due to Japan s greed and historical reasons,Diaoyu Island has changed from an undisputed island to a "problematic" island.The Diaoyu Island issue is related to sovereignty,geography,jurisprudence and international relations,so the research can be carried out from different perspectives.Since the 1970s,with the prominence of the Diaoyu Island issue,Chinese academic circle has explored the issue in different degrees from the perspectives like history,geography,jurisprudence and international relations,making academic contributions to safeguarding the territorial rights and interests of the country.Although there are plenty of research results in recent years,some problems and space for excavation still exist,which are mainly manifested in the asymmetry of the research field,the obvious emotional tendency of the research,the need to excavate in the research historical materials,and the lack of overall macro-perspective.Therefore,future research should be viewed from a macroscopic point and examined from a strategic perspective.From the vertical aspect,we can understand its cause and effect succession in a long period of history;from the horizontal aspect,we can grasp its pulsation in the game of interests among countries under the change of international pattern.
