阿奇霉素治愈福氏志贺菌感染致腹泻1例

摘要 1病历资料患儿,男,2岁,体重11kg,以“发热、脓血便10d”入院。患儿入院10d前无明显原因出现发热,最高体温为39.5℃,无寒战及抽搐,伴腹泻,大便为稀糊便,量不多,伴脓血,日约10余次,曾在当地医院门诊输注头孢类(具体不详)治疗10d,疗效不佳,大便仍为少量的稀糊状伴脓血,日约10余次,并伴反复发热(体温波动于38.5℃~39.3℃),为进一步诊治住院治疗。既往体健,否认特殊病史。体格检查:体温38.8℃,心率110次/min,呼吸频率28次/min,发育正常,营养中等,神志清,精神差,腹平软,未见肠型及蠕动波,肠鸣音活跃。
