耐高温高盐水平井堵水剂的研究与应用 被引量:4

摘要 研发了一种适合水平井先期堵水的堵水剂体系,以丙烯酰胺基-甲基丙磺酸为单体,亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,甲醛合次硫酸钠-过硫酸铵为引发剂,考察了单体浓度、交联剂浓度、引发剂浓度、温度以及矿化度对堵剂体系性能的影响。结果表明,适合水平井先期堵水的堵水剂体系为8%单体丙烯酰氨基-甲基丙磺酸+0. 08%交联剂亚甲基双丙酰胺+0. 08%引发剂甲醛合次硫酸钠-过硫酸铵的复合聚合物,该堵剂体系具有较好的堵水性能,可以实现水平井段脚跟部堵水,适用矿化度可达10 000 mg/L,耐温性可达160℃,突破压力梯度可达9. 65 MPa/m,180℃以上完全破胶。现场实验表明,井日产液量从35. 2 m3下降到18 m3,日产油量从0. 5 t上升到4. 5 t,综合含水从98%下降到75%,目前累积增油达3 212 t,取得了比较好的结果。 A water plugging agent system suitable for water plugging in the horizontal well is developed in view of the water quality and reservoir conditions of the horizontal well:8%AMPS+0.08%MBAM+0.08%SHMS-APS system,and the effects of monomer concentration,cross linker concentration,initiator concentration,temperature,pH and salinity on the plugging agent system performance impact on the plugging properties and gel breaking performance also made specific evaluation.The results show that the plugging agent system has better water plugging performance,and can achieve horizontal well section heel water plugging.The salinity is up to 10 000 mg/L,and the temperature resistance can reach 160℃.The breakthrough pressure gradient can reach 9.65 MPa/m,and the gel breaking is completely over 180℃.After the field experiment,the daily liquid output from the 35.2 m^3 party dropped to 18 m^3,the daily oil output increased from 0.5 t to 4.5 t,and the comprehensive water cut decreased from 98%to 75%.The cumulative oil production reached 3 212 t at present,and good results were achieved.
