硅溶胶改性零VOC型水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯的制备及其力学性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 以聚已内酯二元醇(PCL)、异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为主要单体,合成了满足烟包行业要求的零VOC、无三乙胺的耐高温型水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯(WPUA)乳液,与硅溶胶按比例混合,制备成水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯/硅溶胶(SWPUA)复合乳液,利用纳米粒度分析仪、ATR-FTIR、TEM、TG对复合乳液及涂膜进行性能测试,探讨了硅溶胶的添加量对复合乳液(SWPUA)涂膜性能的影响,结果表明,硅溶胶的添加使乳液粒径增大,添加量15%时,胶膜热稳定性最佳,比WPUA胶膜提升14. 2℃,Tmax值从434. 3℃提升到453. 5℃,断裂伸长率下降40. 3%,拉伸强度增加66 MPa。 High temperature resistant waterborne polyurethane-acrylate(WPUA)emulsion with zero VOC and no triethylamine was synthesized by using PCL,IPDI and MMA as main raw materials.Waterborne polyurethane acrylate/silica-sol(SWPUA)composite emulsion was prepared by mixing waterborne polyurethane acrylate emulsion and silica sol in proportion.The composite emulsion and coating film were characterized by nano-particle size analyzer,ATR-FTIR,TEM and TG.The effect of silica sol content on the properties of composite emulsion(SWPUA)coating film was discussed.The results showed that the particle size of the emulsion increased after adding silica sol,the thermal stability of the film was the best when the amount of nano-silica sol was 15%.The T max value increased from 434.3℃to 453.5℃compared with the aqueous polyurethane-acrylate film.Elongation at break decreased by 40.3%,while tensile strength increased by 66 MPa.
