磨粒有序化排布油石珩磨表面形貌仿真

摘要 由于传统排布的油石磨粒的大小分布没有规则,所以不能保证磨粒的等高性,所有用传统排布的油石珩磨导致珩磨表面网纹分布没有一定的规则。文中将磨粒有序化排布应用到珩磨研究当中,通过筛选磨粒提高等高性,再将磨粒进行阵列、错位、叶序等3种有序化排布进行珩磨表面形貌的研究。通过仿真发现:磨粒有序化排布油石珩磨能够得到确定的网纹分布,生成的表面形貌比较均匀。这为以后的电镀制造磨粒有序化珩磨油石提供了一定的理论依据。 Due to the rule that the size distribution of the traditionally arranged oilstone abrasive grains is not regular,the uniform height of the abrasive grains cannot be guaranteed,and all the conventionally arranged oilstone honing results in a reticulated scratch distribution of the honing surface without certain rules.This paper applies the orderly arrangement of abrasive grains to the honing study.By screening the abrasive grains to improve the contour,the abrasive grains are subjected to three kinds of orderly arrangements such as array,dislocation and leaf arrangement to study the surface morphology.Through simulation,it is found that the orderly arrangement oilstone honing can obtain a certain reticulated scratch distribution than the traditional honing,and the generated surface topography is relatively uniform.This provides a theoretical basis for the honing oilstone with electroplated abrasive grains.
