BTA深孔加工系统横向边界扰动研究

摘要 通过构建BTA深孔加工系统横向可动边界的颤振模型,利用Poincare映射、分岔图等方法揭示了BTA深孔加工系统在生产实际中,当流体参量对系统影响明显时,深孔动力系统的非线性运动特性会表现出以(0,0)点为对称平衡点的左右或上下的严格对称关系,表现出明显的非线性特性。 By constructing the flutter model of the lateral moving boundary of the BTA deep hole processing system,the nonlinear motion characteristics of the deep hole dynamic system are revealed by using the Poincare mapping and the bifurcation diagram to reveal the nonlinear motion characteristics of the deep hole dynamic system when the BTA deep hole processing system is obviously affected by the fluid parameters.The nonlinear motion characteristics of the deep-hole dynamic system show a strictly symmetrical relationship between the left and right or the upper and lower sides with the (0,0) point as the symmetrical equilibrium point,which shows obvious nonlinear characteristics.
