摘要
收缩段是风洞系统中的重要组成部分,其壳体刚度会影响气流收缩曲面精度,进而对试验精确性产生影响。以大型超声速风洞收缩段作为研究对象,根据气动要求选取类球形承压壳体,对其进行结构分析,验证了类球形收缩段壳体的强度、刚度及支座承载能力,对类似结构收缩段分析提供了参考。
The contraction section is an important part of the wind tunnel system.The stiffness of the shell affects the precision of the airflow drawing surface,which in turn affects the accuracy of the test.Taking the large-scale supersonic wind tunnel contraction section as the research object,the spherical bearing shell is selected according to the pneumatic requirements,and the structural analysis is carried out to verify the strength,stiffness and bearing capacity of the spherical-shaped contraction section.The results provide a reference for the analysis of similar structural contractions.
