利用改进的氧化法优化多层石墨烯的制备及结构变化

摘要 石墨烯是碳六元环组成的蜂窝状晶体,在电学、力学、光学等方面有优良性能。文中采用氧化法制备多层石墨烯,得到含有多种含氧基团的氧化石墨烯。氧化过程使石墨的结构发生各种的变化,层间距增大。利用XRD衍射仪、红外光谱衍射仪、透射电子显微镜进行表征。 Graphene is a kind of honeycomb crystal composed of six-membered carbon rings.It has excellent electrical,mechanical and optical properties.This paper prepares multilayer graphene using oxidation method.Oxidation process causes various changes in the structure of graphite.The products are characterized by XRD diffractometer,infrared diffractometer and transmission electron microscope.
