摘要
离心泵应用广泛,但在设计使用过程中存在诸多不合理因素,造成效率低下,能源浪费严重。文中从设计、选型以及维护三个角度出发,总结分析了问题的根源,并针对各问题提出了应对措施,以提高离心泵的综合效率。
Centrifugal pumps are widely used,but there are many unreasonable factors in the design and use process,resulting in low efficiency and serious energy waste.From the perspective of design,selection and maintenance,this paper summarizes and analyzes the root of the problem,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for each problem to improve the overall efficiency of the centrifugal pump.
