摘要
针对风洞单一天平,分析了传统工程法风洞天平升力应变计算公式及连接锥特征参数对其的影响关系,应用有限元梁理论求得了带连接锥特征参数的风洞天平升力应变计算公式,并进行了仿真验证。在此基础上,以传统工程法计算结果为基准,对连接锥特征参数的"小端直径"与"锥长"对软件仿真计算结果的影响规律进行研究,获得了较高准度的连接锥特征参数建议取值公式。
According to the single balance of wind tunnel,the influence relationship between the traditional engineering method wind tunnel balance lift force strain calculation formula and connection cone characteristic parameters is analyzed.The finite element beam theory is used to obtain the wind tunnel balance lift with connection cone characteristic parameters.The calculation formula of force strain is verified by simulation.Based on the calculation results of traditional engineering method,the influence of the small-end diameter and the cone length of the connection cone characteristic parameters on the software simulation results is studied,and the recommended formula for the connection cone parameter is given in order to gain better accuracy.
