摘要
导轨是顶驱系统中重要的部件,导轨安装时,第一节导轨与连接板在高空中用销轴联接,对中非常困难,往往需要花费较多安装时间。针对该情况,设计了导轨快捷安装装置。该装置具有安装拆卸方便、安全可靠、免维护等特点。厂内试验表明,导轨安装只需1～1.5 h,提高了工作人员的劳动效率,具有较好的市场应用前景。
The guide rail is an important part of the top drive drilling system.When the guide rail is installed,the first section of the guide rail and the connecting plate are connected in the high-altitude with the pin.It is very difficult to center and often requires more installation time.In response to this situation,a guide rail quick installation device is designed.The device has the characteristics of convenient installation and disassembly,safety and reliability,and maintenance-free.In-plant tests show that the guide rail installation takes only 1 to 1.5 hours,which improves the labor efficiency of the staff and has a good market application prospect.
