摘要
介绍了以曲面定位连接的双弯曲赋形反射体的特点,据此分析了三坐标测量机装配反射体等三种工艺方案的检测原理,阐述了胎模装配法的优势,设计了工装以简化操作,并用摄影测量系统验证了其可行性。
The characteristics of the dual curvature shaped reflector connected by curved surface are introduced.Based on this,the detection principle of three process schemes such as three coordinate measuring machine assembly reflectors is analyzed.The advantages of the forming die assembly method are explained.Tooling is designed to simplify operation and its feasibility is verified with a photogrammetric system.
