《永昌府文征·诗录》与云南食菌文化考论

A Record of Wenz heng Poems in Yong chang Prefecture and the Textual Research on the Culture of Edible Fungi in Yunnan

明清以来的云南地方史志中有大量野生食菌的记载,《永昌府文征》中大量诗歌记录了永昌地区乃至于云南其他地区独特的食菌文化习俗。综合诗歌与史志文献的记载可知,至少到明初,云南采菌活动已经生产社会化、野生菌实现商品化、菌食品加工技艺已成熟、野生菌由贡入课。云南食菌文化对繁荣边地城乡经济、增强居民环保意识、促进区域社会交流发展、密切中央与边地关系等方面具有重要影响,是云南历史文化独特性的体现,这也从社会生活史的角度反映出中国历史发展的整体性。

Since the Ming and Qing dynasties, a large number of wild edible fungi have been recorded in the history of Yunnan, and a large number of poems in A Record of Wenzheng Poems in Yongchang Prefecture have recorded the unique cultural customs of edible fungi in Yongchang region and even other areas in Yunnan Province. According to the comprehensive records of poetry and historical records, at least by the early Ming Dynasty, the production of fungi in Yunnan had been socialized, the wild fungi had been commercialized, the processing techniques of bacteria food had matured, and the wild fungi had been taught. The edible fungus culture Yunnan has an important influence on the prosperity of urban and rural economy, the enhancement of residents' awareness of environmental protection, the promotion of regional social exchange and development, and the close relationship between the central government and the borderland, which is the embodiment of Yunnan's historical and cultural uniqueness. This also reflects the integrity of the development of Chinese history from the angle of the social life history.
