玉溪市脑瘫儿童教育现状及对策建议

Current Situation of Education of the Children with Cerebral Palsy in Yuxi City and Countermeasures

通过调查2001年至2010年间玉溪市335名新生脑瘫儿童情况,发现玉溪市脑瘫儿童现患率性别差异显著,男性现患率远大于女性;少数民族儿童脑瘫现患率高于汉族;山区脑瘫儿童现患率相对较高;康复训练或学校教育安置率较低。目前,玉溪市脑瘫儿童教育安置主要有三种方式,轻度障碍的进入普通学校随班就读;中重度的进入玉溪特殊教育学校接受教育;重度的送教上门,侧重于康复训练以改善其生存状态。据此,建议从完善社会保障体系,加大残疾预防宣传,加强新生儿及幼儿的早期筛查和干预工作,规范残疾儿童教育安置工作,加强专业师资培训及康复训练设施建设投入,改进玉溪市脑瘫儿童生活和教育现状。

335 newborn children with cerebral palsy from 2001 to 2010 in Yuxi City were investigated. It was found that: the prevalence rate of cerebral palsy children in Yuxi City was significantly different in sex; the prevalence rate of male cerebral palsy was much higher than that of female; the incidence rate of cerebral palsy in minority nationality was higher than that of Han nationality; the prevalence rate of cerebral palsy children in the mountain areas is relatively high, and the rate of rehabilitation training or school education is low. There are three ways for the education of the children with cerebral palsy in Yuxi City. Children with light obstacles should go to ordinary schools; those who are moderate to Yuxi Special Education School; heavy ones to be educated home, focusing on rehabilitation training to improve their living conditions.
