摘要
目的:探讨心理干预对大学生生命意义感的影响以及在教学中的启示。方法:以马鞍山两所高校的40名大学生作为研究对象,用团体辅导、生命影片观影反思辅导等干预方法,对实验组的学生进行心理干预,对照组的学生不接受任何处理。结果:心理干预前,实验组与对照组被试的生命意义感状况基本处于同一水平;心理干预后,实验组学生的生命意义感量表的得分显著提高(p<0.001)。结论:团体辅导、生命影片观影反思辅导等心理干预可有效提高大学生的生命意义感,提升其生命价值;干预方法适合不同的生命教育课程形态使用,方案具有推广性。
Objective:to explore the influence of psychological intervention on college students’sense of life and its enlightenment in teaching. Methods:40 college students from Maanshan were taken as the object of study,using group counseling,life film reflection counseling and other intervention methods,psychological intervention to the experimental group students,the control group students do not accept any treatment.Results:before the psychological intervention,the life sense of the experimental group and the control group were basically at the same level.After psychological intervention,the scores of life sense scale of the experimental group were significantly improved(p<0.001).Conclusion:(1)Group counseling,life film reflection counseling and other psychological interventions can effectively improve the sense of meaning and value of life;(2)Intervention methods are suitable for different life education curriculum forms,and the program is extensible.
