我院参麦注射液的使用情况调查分析

Investigation and analysis of the use of Shenmai injection in our hospital

目的探讨我院参麦注射液的临床实际使用情况,促进临床合理用药。方法从我院HIS系统中随机抽取2017年1～12月使用参麦注射液的患者300例,通过查阅这些患者的电子病历,提取和汇总数据,使用SPSS20.0软件进行统计综合研究分析,评价药物使用的合理性。结果 300例病例中,合理药物使用265例,不合理药物使用35例,合理率为88.33%。使用该药的临床科室为8个,其中使用最多的科室为肿瘤科,共171例,其次为心血管内科102例,神经内科10例,肾内科5例,康复科4例,普外科和消化科各3例,血液科2例。3例病例明确注明了使用过程中不良反应的发生,其中皮疹1例,静脉炎1例,恶心呕吐1例。结论我院目前参麦注射液的使用基本合理,用法用量和疗程均遵循说明书,但仍存在个别无明确适应证、溶媒不适宜、重复用药现象,及时干预,保障患者用药安全。

Objective To analyze the clinical use of Shenmai injection in our hospital and promote the rational use of drugs.Methods A total of 300 patients with Shenmai injection from January to December 2017 from our hospital HIS system were randomly selected.The electronic medical records of these patients were reviewed.Data were extracted and summarized,and statistics were performed using SPSS 20.0 software.The rationality of drug use was analyzed and evaluated.Results Of the 300 cases,265 cases were reasonable,and 35 cases were unreasonable.The reasonable rate was 88.33%.There were 8 clinical departments using this drug,of which the most used department was Department of Oncology,with a total of 171 cases,followed by 102 cases in the Department of Cardiology,10 cases in the Department of Neurology,5 cases in the Department of Nephrology,4 cases in the Department of Rehabilitation,3 cases in the Department of General surgery and Department of Gastroenterology,respectively,and 2 cases in the Department of Hematology.3 cases clearly indicated the occurrence of adverse reactions during use,including 1 case of rash,1 case of phlebitis,and 1 case of nausea and vomiting.Conclusion The use of Shenmai injection in our hospital is basically reasonable.The usage,dosage and course of treatment follow the instructions.However,there are still some unspecified indications,unsuitable media,repeated drug use.Timely intervention is performed to ensure the safety of patients.
