关于中职生志愿服务培训的相关思考——基于江苏省武进中等专业学校近五年志愿服务实践

摘要 从古代的"义学""义举"到如今的"学雷锋""感动中国人物",志愿服务在备受关注的同时,也呈现出组织化、专业化和规模化的发展趋势。目前,职业院校的在校生是志愿服务的主力军,其中,高职校大多具备了完善的志愿服务培训和管理体系,但年龄和学识层次较低的中职生志愿服务却问题频现。基于此,通过对24个专业、近5 000名中职生的调研走访,在中职生志愿服务培训的教材设计思路、案例分析、实施途径和评价保障等方面形成了一些思考成果。 From“Study of Righteousness”“Act of Righteousness”in the ancient time to“Learning from Lei Feng”and“Moving China Characters”today,voluntary service shows the systematic,specialized and large-scale trend.At present,vocational school students play the key role in voluntary service and most of the schools are equipped with mature training and management systems for voluntary service.However,the problems of volunteer service are frequent among secondary vocational students with lower level of age and knowledge.Based on the situation above,results in the aspects of designing ideas,case study,implementation and evaluation assurance are obtained from the interviews of 5 000 secondary vocational students from 24 majors.
